Spent over $120.00 dollars on a helicopter for my daughter. The tail rotor motor never worked right out of the box. They never answered their telephone & I have sent a dozen e-mails with no answer. Money out the window. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE. I am a pilot as well and others I work with purchased over $700.00 worth of toys. Same story. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGE..Just Tough luck!!
