do you have a full spec sheet on the TANK 50QT-5 URBAN MOPED GAS SCOOTER with info like gas mileage, tire size/treads, etc? Is this model useable in the winter? Does it have components that would rust? Is it possible to install a windshield accessory on it? I am 5'2". Would this be a comfortable size for me? In terms of where you can ride a scooter like this legally, can it go: A) everywhere a bike can go? B) everywhere a car can go? C) all of the above D) other ? Thanks for the info!
